If a product is returned within 15 days, the refund amount will be credited to your Verdiora.pk Wallet. You may use this balance to make another purchase, or request a transfer of the amount to your bank account.

Valid reasons for return include:
- Damaged Product: Items that arrive broken, leaked, or not as described.

- Defective Product: Items that are non-functional or faulty.
